Product Description
1. Application
Specially designed for the petrochemical industry, capable of directly measuring the temperature of liquids, steam, gases, and solid surfaces within the range of -200℃ to 1600℃.
2. Working Principle
-
Thermocouples: The electrodes are made of two different conductive materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the instrument displays the corresponding temperature.
-
Resistance Thermometers (RTDs): They work based on the principle that electrical resistance varies as a function of temperature. When the temperature of the measured medium changes, its resistance changes accordingly, and the instrument displays the corresponding temperature.
-
Designed for Petrochemical Applications – High-temperature and corrosion-resistant, suitable for petrochemical processes and reactor temperature measurement.
-
High Accuracy Measurement – Combines thermocouples and resistance thermometers to ensure precise and reliable readings.
-
Versatile Installation Options – Welded, threaded, or insertion types available to suit various operating conditions.
-
Superior Protection – High protection grade, capable of withstanding high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive industrial environments.
-
Easy Maintenance – Modular design allows convenient replacement and maintenance, minimizing downtime.
3. Main Technical Parameters
Standards Complied:
-
IEC 1515
-
IEC 584
-
IEC 751
-
JB/T 5518-91
-
JB/T 5582-91
Nominal Pressure:
Refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand at room temperature without rupture. The allowable working pressure depends not only on the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also on its structural form, installation method, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
