Working Principle:

The fixed threaded thermocouple operates based on the Seebeck effect, in which a voltage (thermoelectric EMF) is generated when two dissimilar metals are joined at one end and exposed to a temperature difference. This voltage is proportional to the temperature and can be measured and interpreted by instrumentation to determine the process temperature.

The threaded connection ensures the thermocouple’s sensing tip is in direct contact with the target medium for fast and accurate temperature sensing.
