
Working Principle
The thermocouple operates based on the Seebeck effect, where two dissimilar metal wires form a junction. When the junction experiences a temperature difference relative to the reference end, it generates a thermoelectric voltage. This voltage is proportional to the temperature and can be interpreted by a temperature controller or instrument.
The wear-resistant and leak-proof design ensures this principle functions reliably even in severe operating conditions, preventing mechanical wear and fluid leakage that could affect measurement accuracy or sensor lifespan.
