Power Plant Specific Thermocouple

$1,000.00

Category:

1. Application

Specifically designed for power plants, capable of meeting the temperature measurement needs of 300,000 kW, 600,000 kW and other power generation units and auxiliary equipment. It directly measures temperatures within the range of -200°C to 800°C for liquids, steam, gas media, and solid surfaces in various production processes.

2. Working Principle

The electrodes of a thermocouple are made from two different conducting materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential is generated, which the instrument displays as the corresponding temperature value.

A resistance thermometer works by utilizing the characteristic that the resistance of a material changes with temperature. When the resistance value changes, the instrument displays the corresponding temperature value based on the resistance.

3. Main Technical Parameters

5. Normal Temperature Insulation Resistance

For thermoresistors, at an ambient temperature of 15–35°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%, with a test voltage of 10–100V (DC), the insulation resistance between the electrodes and the outer sheath should be >100MΩ.

For thermocouples, at an ambient temperature of 20±15°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%, with a test voltage of 500±50V (DC), the insulation resistance between the electrodes and the outer sheath should be >1000Ω.m.
